You have been interested in selling your home for various reasons, but up until this time you have not accomplished that goal. Now you find that you have so many agents contacting you because it is known that your home has expired on the MLS.
You already may feel a lot of resentment toward real estate agents, as you may feel that you did not accomplish your goal due to your past agent, and now you have more agents saying they can help.
With the way today market is you realize that you need the help of the professionals as they do have the marketing ability and checking out any and all buyers so your time is not wasted. But now you are not up to interviewing any and hearing how they can be the one to sell your home.
So if I still have your attention at this point and I know you are busy but want help to accomplish your goal of selling I will just ask you to do one thing at this point.

3. If your house was listed before can you give me your MLS number?
It is no time to point fingers or to allow discouragement to stop you for accomplishing your goal; it is time to figure out solutions that will accomplish these goals. I will not contact you personally if you do not wish, but I will provide you with information for you to consider and request. I will also send you information from time to time via email that you may find useful even after selling your home.
